Desired Profile:
Qualification : CA/MBA
Exp : More than 5 years
Perform Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) for the Service Centre based on review and testing of pre-set control parameters
Assess Operational Risk of end-to-end processes and report any business vulnerabilities
Identify and track Sarbanes-Oxley processes and reporting requirements
Administer Global Records Management policy
Report Risk & Compliance oversight
Facilitate and coordinate Internal and External Audit requests
Manage other Risk & Compliance requirements necessary from time-to-time
Form an active part of the Service Centre as well as the Regional Risk & Compliance team, contributing to a positive team spirit

Ensure appropriate implementation of Operating Model for risk, control and compliance policies and procedures
Perform Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) for the Service Centre based on review and testing of pre-set control parameters
